It didn't take long for Odell Beckham Jr. to find a new home after he was let go by the Cleveland Browns. He made his debut for the Los Angeles Rams last Monday night but it wasn't an ideal one as they were upset by the San Francisco 49ers, 31-10.

Beckham didn't have much presence on the game, presumably since he's still adjusting to the Rams' system. But after his unfruitful stint with the Browns, OBJ is fired up to get another opportunity with a strong contender this season. How do we know this? Well, NFL legend Eli Manning, one-half of the hosts of ESPN's ManningCast, revealed on Monday that OBJ talked to him personally this week (via Giants reporter Madelyn Burke).

“He (Beckham) knows he needs to get back to playing football, playing good football, and doing the things that he’s been able to do over the last couple of years, and that’s making plays.”

True that.

The supposed chat came as a surprise to many since Beckham and Manning weren't exactly BFFs during their time with the New York Giants. Their relationship soured further when OBJ was traded to the Browns in 2019. They even had a word war soon after, trading insults in various interviews.

But with Mannings' admission, it looks like their spat is under the bridge now. Besides, with Beckham getting another chance with the 7-3 Rams, he has no time for negativity.

OBJ can deliver a stronger performance when the Rams take on the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.
