Toronto Raptors swingman OG Anunoby wants big man Serge Ibaka to give him his credit for the scarf trend going on with the team right now.

Ibaka has somewhat become a fashion guru with the Raptors this season. He has been arriving to games in extravagant garments, including large scarves, but we might have to start giving Anunoby his dues:

Life is pretty good for the Raptors right now. They are the hottest team in the league, as they have won 15 games in a row. Toronto is 40-14 on the season. They are in second place in the Eastern Conference standings.

After losing both Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green last summer in free agency, most pundits thought the Raptors would be a middle-of-the-pack playoff team in the East. However, Pascal Siakam has turned into a star quicker than expected, while veterans Kyle Lowry, Marc Gasol and Ibaka have been steady with their play and locker room leadership.

All of that adds up to a Raptors team which truly believes it can win the East again despite how good Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks have looked.

Ibaka is averaging 15.9 points, 8.0 rebounds and 1.4 assists on the season. Anunoby, meanwhile, is putting up 10.4 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game. Both players have been the model of consistency this season thus far. Once the playoffs start, the Raptors will ultimately go as far as Lowry and Siakam can take them, but the role players on the team must play at a high level as well.
