Lamar Jackson has been one of the most consistent performers in the NFL as of late. The starting quarterback of the Baltimore Ravens has become of the most exciting gunslingers to play this season.
However, there's one aspect of the quarterback game that he hates doing more than anything. He loathes it whenever he has to leave the pocket and rush to move the chains.
He told the press upfront just how much he despised the idea of leaving the pocket.

It's hard to blame Jackson for preferring to throw the football. After all, he's pretty good at it. He's only three games in and he's amassed a total of 863 yards and seven passing touchdowns.
Moreover, he's on an incredible passing streak in only his second year of professional football. He's avoided an interception in 221 straight regular-season pass attempts, the longest current streak in the league and the best in Ravens history.
However, this doesn't mean that he's not good at running the football. In his rookie season, he rushed 147 times for 695 yards and five rushing TDs. He's on good form this season with 172 rushing yards and a touchdown on only 27 carries.
It's understandable why Jackson prefers to throw the football than run it. However, he cannot deny that he is a two-way threat that the Ravens are grateful to have in the pocket.
