Although the Thursday Night Football game between the Baltimore Ravens and Miami Dolphins has been relatively boring, Justin Houston reached a huge career milestone. It's not every day we witness greatness, so the veteran pass rusher should feel ecstatic.

According to Jeff Zrebiec, Justin Houston “eclipsed the 100-sack plateau for his career.” This is an incredible milestone for Houston, as he's been in the league since 2011. He's a true veteran and he's proven to be a reliable defender even in the latter portion of his career.

It's a great achievement for a great player. Unfortunately, it came at the expense of Jacoby Brissett hurting his right knee. Luckily, Brissett is okay and could return to play. However, Brian Flores has made an in-game decision to keep Tua Tagovailoa on the field.

This Thursday Night game has been a complete disaster for both teams. Thankfully Justin Houston reached his 100th career sack to at least generate some form of excitement. Houston has spent most of his career playing for the Kansas City Chiefs. He spent two years playing for the Indianapolis Colts and signed a deal with the Baltimore Ravens in 2021.

Justin Houston is a true veteran of the sport and still provides consistency when rushing the quarterback. With eight weeks remaining (after Week 10), Houston will have plenty of opportunities to continue wracking up his career sack count.

Keep an eye on the Ravens. Although they're struggling against the Dolphins, this is a team of resiliency. Their veteran defense has kept them within reach and Lamar Jackson could make a huge play at any moment.
