Coming into the season there was talk about how important of a season this was for Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh in terms of his future with the team. After a loss on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers the Ravens have now four of the last five games, and now it seems that Harbaugh's seat may be getting a bit warmer. After the game, Harbaugh was asked about his job security and he said that is not something he is worried about.

“I've never been somebody that worried about keeping a job,” Harbaugh said via NFL.com. “It's always been for me doing the job. … I feel really good about the way this team has been for the last 11 years and for the last whatever weeks we've been in the season. So no regrets. Never been any regrets here with me. So we'll keep fighting and that's what we do.”

Harbaugh said that not worrying about his job is different than the pressure he is feeling just being a coach in the NFL.

“You always feel pressure. This is a pressure league. It's the National Football League,” Harbaugh said. “I was hoping we be, what, 7-2 at this point. That was the goal, that was the idea that we could be. You just feel disappointed.”

Harbaugh had a special start to his time with the Ravens including a Super Bowl win. In the last five seasons, the Ravens haven't had much postseason success winning only one game past the regular season and without playoff success this year there have to be questions if he can keep his job.
