The Baltimore Ravens looked like the biggest winners in Week 7 as they thrashed the 5-2 Detroit Lions 38-6. A huge reason for Baltimore's win was the phenomenal game by quarterback Lamar Jackson. The sensational display garnered lots of attention across the NFL, including from New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

“I've been a fan of Lamar Jackson since he was in college,” Rodgers said during his weekly appearance on The Pat McAfee Show. “He's possibly the fastest guy on the field every game and he throws it all over the place.”

“The guy has won MVP, sometimes we forget about who Lamar Jackson is. He's a hell of a player. Happy for him … that was a big win for him,” the Jets QB added.

In the win, Lamar Jackson showed the dual-threat ability that made him a first-round draft pick out of Louisville, and the second unanimous MVP in NFL history in just his second season. He was was highly accurate, going 21-27 for 357 yards and three touchdowns while adding nine carries for 36 yards and a touchdown. The Ravens offense finally found consistency as they put up their first 30-point game of the season. Jackson connected with rookie wide receiver Zay Flowers on four receptions for 75 yards while reaching tight end Mark Andrews for two touchdowns.

On the season, Jackson has completed a career-high 71% of his passes for 1,610 yards with eight touchdowns and three interceptions. He's also rushed for 363 yards and five touchdowns at 5.3 yards per carry.

Jackson and the Ravens take on the Arizona Cardinals next Sunday.
