The Baltimore Ravens went 14-2 last season. That was good enough for the best record in football.

However, couldn't capitalize in the postseason. Baltimore lost the first game they had in the playoff game, a divisional round matchup with the Tennessee Titans.

With that in mind, they've got some clear improvements that they need to make if they want to take that next step. And superstar quarterback Lamar Jackson seems to have an idea on what he would like one of those improvements to be: superstar wide receiver Antonio Brown.

Brown has had some serious issues over the last year-or-so. After forcing his way out of the Pittsburgh Steelers organization, he did the same thing to the Las Vegas Raiders a few months later.

After just one game with the New England Patriots, Brown was released. His 2019 season ended with him playing just one game.

Meanwhile, he was in the news often, and almost never for positive reasons. That being said, he's still one of the most talented wide receivers in the NFL. This time last year, everyone was calling him the best in the league.

It also doesn't hurt that this is a position that Baltimore certainly could use some upgrades in. And the Ravens might be inclined to listen to Jackson.

The quarterback was the 2019 NFL MVP after throwing for 3,127 yards on a 66.1 completion percentage, and a league-high 36 touchdowns compared to just six interceptions.

He also had 1,206 rushing yards and another seven touchdowns on the ground.

That Baltimore offense was absolutely lethal last season, and it was just Jackson's second year in the NFL.

Brown certainly comes with a warning label. But imagine Jackson having him as a target. That might just turn into the deadliest duo in the NFL in absolutely no time.

This certainly gives the Ravens something to think about.
