The Baltimore Ravens begin their 2023 regular season on Sunday at home against the Houston Texans, Last season, Baltimore fell in the first round of the playoffs after limping to the finish line of the regular season. The Ravens started the season 9-4 and looked poised for a good playoff run, but injuries ultimately plagued the team, and they lost three out their last four games to end the year at 10-7. Baltimore has one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL in Lamar Jackson, but it's hard when his best weapons are hurt. If everyone can stay healthy this season, the Ravens will be a very tough out. Unfortunately, Baltimore is already dealing with injuries to two major offensive weapons, and they both received some important updates on Friday.

Wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr and tight end Mark Andrews are both battling injuries right now, and Beckham Jr will play Sunday while Andrews is listed as questionable, according to a tweet from Ari Meirov. Great news for the Ravens in regards to Odell Beckham Jr, but Mark Andrews is one of the best TEs in the league, and not having him in the game would be extremely unfortunate. Just ask Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Last season, Andrews appeared in 15 games and had 73 receptions for 847 yards and five touchdowns. Beckham Jr's last season was with the Cleveland Browns and Los Angeles Rams in 2021. He played in 14 games and racked up 44 receptions for 537 yard and five touchdowns. He will be looking to make a bigger impact for the Ravens, and being healthy for week one is a good start.
