The Cleveland Browns hype train continues to gain steam this offseason after the bevy of moves that John Dorsey was able to make. Although, Baltimore Ravens' owner Steve Bisciotti says to be wary of crowning the Browns as AFC North champions.

In an article by ESPN by Jamison Hensley, Bisciotti says the Browns are a lot better team “on paper.” He also elaborated on how Cleveland has been said to be contenders in 2019.

“If they’re that much better, maybe they’ll start beating Pittsburgh,” Bisciotti told season-ticket holders in a conference call in June. “We only have to play them twice a year. It’ll be interesting to see how quickly they develop into the kind of team that some people think they are.”

Since John Harbaugh has been the head coach, the Ravens are 19-3 against the Browns. Technically speaking, Baltimore holds the crown to the AFC North until one of the other teams in the division takes them down.

As everyone knows, the Browns have been the laughing stock of the NFL for plenty of years. Although, last season, Cleveland seemed to turn the corner led by Baker Mayfield. The Browns went 7-8-1 and this offseason, they added Odell Beckham Jr. and Olivier Vernon among others to improve their roster.

In 2018, the Ravens went 10-6 were the winners of the AFC North. Led by Lamar Jackson, Baltimore made the playoffs but fell short in the AFC Wild Card Round. Nonetheless, the race for the AFC North should be quite interesting—especially with Bisciotti's comments on the Browns.
