Baltimore Ravens dual-threat quarterback Lamar Jackson was known to be a human cheat code back when he was still seeing action under center for the Louisville Cardinals during his college days.

While he’s only being sparingly used by the Ravens in his rookie season because they still have Joe Flacco, Jackson always has the potential to electrify Baltimore fans with his elite speed and athleticism for a quarterback.  Just take for example this thrilling run from Jackson in the third quarter of Sunday’s matchup with the Tennessee Titans.

Flacco lined up as a wide receiver and even though the Titans were not going to get fooled into thinking that the quarterback will be a receiver on that play, especially with that kind of pre-snap stance, Tennessee still failed to stop Jackson from uncorking a 22-yard run. Jackson’s rush also set up a two-yard touchdown score by teammate and running back Alex Collins.

Not many NFL quarterbacks can do that, but for those who’ve been following Jackson’s football career are used to such explosive bursts from the first-year pro.

In his three years in Louisville, Lamar Jackson managed to amass fantastic totals of 9,043 passing yards and 29 passing yards. In addition, he also finished his college career with 4,132 rushing yards and 50 rushing scores. In 2016, he won the Heisman Trophy after passing for 3,540 yards and rushing for 1,571 yards.

Again, it’s just Jackson’s first year in the NFL, so it’s fair to expect that he’ll churn out more highlights.

The Ravens beat Tennessee, 21-0, and will be preparing for a match at home against the New Orleans Saints next Sunday.
