Gareth Bale just returned to Real Madrid this past summer after a brief loan spell at Tottenham and he's already dealing with injury problems. The winger left last Saturday's fixture against Celta Vigo with an apparent hamstring injury, which has been revealed as a tear that will keep him out until November, per Miguel Angel Diaz of Spanish outlet COPE.

This is brutal news for Los Blancos and the Welshman. He's been given another chance to prove his worth with the club following the arrival of Carlo Ancelotti and just like that, he's sidelined again. Bale's Real Madrid career has been ravaged with injuries but he did make three appearances thus far this term.

The 32-year-old is in the final year of his current deal with the La Liga giants and he's even hinted at the possibility of retiring from domestic football and just playing for Wales. 8-10 weeks out isn't the end of the world but it will certainly be tough for Gareth Bale to fight his way back into Ancelotti's first-choice squad.

Nonetheless, Real Madrid is off to a good start and should be totally fine without the services of Bale. They've gone 3-1-0 in four games thus far, with Karim Benzema and Vinicius Junior accounting for nine of the side's 13 league goals.

It will be interesting to see if Bale can find playing time once he returns. Hamstrings are always a tough injury to rehab from.
