The Utah Jazz are doing the best they can to woo free agent and star forward Gordon Hayward back into Salt Lake City. The team's center, Rudy Gobert, even went as far as waging Emoji War II to try and convince his teammate to stand pat and re-sign with the Jazz.

Meanwhile, Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann — apparently a big Boston Celtics fan — took great glee of the news that his C's are in the running for Hayward. This prompted Griezmann to send the following tweet:

Word around the Twitterverse travels fast, and soon, Gobert got a hold of his fellow Frenchman's post. The seven-footer didn't take this tweet well, obviously, and had this to say to the 26-year-old footballer:

Gobert only needed five strong words translated as “stick to your sport” to get his message across. No emojis, no smileys; all business.

If Hayward needs another reason to believe that the Jazz are dead serious at pursuing him, Gobert's simple yet curt retort speaks volumes in and of itself.
