Harry Potter star Tom Felton collapsed at a Ryder Cup celebrity golf exhibition on Thursday. Felton experienced “a medical incident” and was taken to a local hospital for treatment, according to The Associated Press.

Felton was on the 18th hole when he collapsed. He was helped up, put on a stretcher and then carted off the course before being taken to the hospital.

The 34-year-old was representing Europe in the celebrity golf event that took place right before the official start of the Ryder Cup on Friday.

Tom Felton is known for playing the villainous Draco Malfoy in all eight Harry Potter films. Malfoy is a rival of Potter's throughout the series, with Felton playing the role to perfection.

The actor has been in a number of other projects since the last Harry Potter film came out in 2011, and he has a number of things in production right now. Let's hope that this is nothing serious and that he'll be back to work in no time.

As for the Ryder Cup, this year's event is at the famous Whistling Straits in Wisconsin. Team Europe dominated the last Ryder Cup in 2018 and will be looking to follow that up with another victory on Team USA's home turf.
