The Seattle Seahawks have decided to make some drastic changes during this NFL offseason. The once-dominant force led by an incredible defense is now in a rebuilding process with a lot of the team's biggest names leaving the franchise in one way or another.

One of the few big-name players left on the Seahawks roster is safety Earl Thomas. However, it seems as though the All-Pro could be headed elsewhere in the very near future as he is growing frustrated with Seattle as he made abundantly clear in a post on Instagram.

Trade chatter has surrounded Thomas for quite some time. All the rumors began when he chased down Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett after a game between the two teams during the 2017 campaign and told him to come after him in the NFL offseason.

Ever since that strange occurrence during the regular season, the Cowboys have been linked with the 29-year-old. The rumors have been floating around for months without a trade coming to fruition between the two teams.

At this point, the Seahawks seem more than willing to start from scratch and build around star quarterback Russell Wilson meaning they may be working on a trade with the Cowboys or another team to send Thomas elsewhere. It'll be interesting to see if Thomas' Instagram post speeds up the process and motivates the Seahawks brass to get a deal done sooner rather than later.

Among the notable departures the Seahawks have seen this offseason include Richard Sherman, Kam Chancellor, Michael Bennett, Jimmy Graham, Jeremy Lane, Cliff Avril, and Sheldon Richardson.
