Josh Gordon was conditionally reinstated by the NFL earlier this month, allowing him to rejoin the Seattle Seahawks to end the season. With the regular season winding down, Gordon is set to return to the Seahawks on Monday, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero.

After filing for reinstatement earlier this year, the NFL finally gave the go-ahead for Gordon to return to the Seahawks. The veteran wide receiver was suspended for what seems like the millionth time for violating the league's substance-abuse policy.

However, Gordon is going to get another chance to prove that he avoid any concerns off of the field. While he hasn't been able to play in any games yet, Gordon has been able to use Seattle's team facility, allowing him to get in shape for game action.

Last season, Gordon joined the Seahawks after being released by the New England Patriots. The big-play wideout would conclude last season with only seven receptions for 139 yards in his five games in Seattle.

It has been years since we've seen a consistently dominant version of Gordon in the NFL. With that being said, the Seahawks just need another weapon for Russell Wilson to get the ball to.

Of course, D.K. Metcalf and Tyler Lockett have been one of the best wide receiver duos in the NFL in the past two seasons. But if Gordon is in shape, Seattle could have another wideout that could expand the passing attack.

Gordon could make his debut with the Seahawks this season as early as Week 16 against the Los Angeles Rams.
