Sean Brady put on a very impressive performance against the veteran Michael Chiesa at UFC Vegas 43 on Saturday. Brady managed to outwrestle the wrestler and cement his place in the top-10 of the welterweight division.

The two actually had a conversation during the fight and could be seen talking. Michael Chiesa gave Sean Brady major props during the UFC Vegas 43 co-main event.

“He was like, ‘Man, you’re fucking strong – you’re really strong,’” Brady said of Chiesa at the post-fight press conferences via MMAFighting. “‘Paul [Felder] wasn’t lying.’ I said, ‘Thanks bro.’ I’m trying to win this fight here.’”

The two competitors shared a wholesome moment during their UFC bout. Something that Sean Brady wasn't expecting considering his place in the welterweight rankings.

“I was even surprised when I got him,” Brady said. “Guys, I was [ranked No. 14], I was trying to fight anyone, literally, in the top-15. Anyone that was next to me, and I was having a hard time getting something, and then they offered me him. I was just grateful for it.”

Now Sean Brady has an opportunity to capitalize on the win and aim for a big fight next. He will be higher up in the UFC welterweight rankings and able to find fights easily considering his place.

It can be tough to find fights in the UFC when you're doing really well and ranked low. Sean Brady was at 14 when the number 6 ranked Michael Chiesa accepted the fight.

Now Sean Brady will need another big fight to advance in his career and get the main event he's looking for. His tough wrestling style will be tough for any UFC welterweight.
