Sean O'Malley is an entertaining fighter that knows a thing or two about being a fan favorite. He has a fun fighting style and likes to throw flashy strikes.

His last fight against Kris Moutinho saw him land an incredible amount of strikes and throw different combinations. The performance was very entertaining.

Sean O'Malley recently went on his podcast to talk about his fighter to watch in the aftermath of UFC 267. He picked the interim UFC bantamweight champion as his favorite fighter to watch.

“He’s probably one of my favourite fighters to watch in the UFC right now,” Sean O’Malley said on a recent episode of the TimboSugaShow (h/t Jordan Ellis of Low Kick MMA).

“Adaptability,” Sean O’Malley listed as Yan’s greatest strength. “I mean it’s boxing, obviously, but the way he can f*cking adapt to losing to Aljo (Aljamain Sterling) in the first, losing to Cory (Sandhagen) in the first, losing to Jose Aldo in the first, and getting outstruck massively. So, it’s cool though. It’s good to see all this. It just gives us a better game plan because me and Petr are going to fight someday and it’s going to be a massive fight.”

It's difficult to argue against Petr Yan being an entertaining fighter. He has a very intense style and some of the best boxing in the UFC. His high output coupled with his willingness to throw caution to the wind makes him very exciting.

Sean O'Malley found it easy to pick Petr Yan after his entertaining fight at UFC 267.
