The Philadelphia 76ers got a big road win Thursday night, winning in Brooklyn over the Nets, 110-102. The Sixers, along with the Bucks, are the perceived biggest threats to the Nets in the Eastern Conference. That made Thursday night's game a little more important. There was a lot of energy in the building, most of which was gone at the end.

As the final seconds waned down, and players strolled onto the court for postgame congratulations, Sixers big man Joel Embiid had some choice words for Kevin Durant and his Nets teammates.

Embiid is seen looking at Durant and other Nets players, telling them to “go home.” The ironic part of it is, they were at home.

In the win, Embiid finished with a game-high 34 points. He also chipped in with seven rebounds, three steals and a block. Nets superstars Kevin Durant and James Harden each finished with 33 points in defeat. Harden actually put up a triple double, with 14 rebounds and 10 assists.

It was the third meeting between the Eastern Conference foes. Brooklyn got the better of the Sixers in each of the first two meetings.

Philadelphia has now won three straight games for the third time this season. They are 19-16 on the season, 6th place in the east. Brooklyn falls to 25-10, but still sits atop the conference. However, the Chicago Bulls and Milwaukee Bucks are both within a game of the Nets.

These two teams will square off one more time this season. They will play on March 10th in Philadelphia. Nets point guard Kyrie Irving looks to join his teammates for that, and many other future road games.
