The Philadelphia 76ers lead their series against the Toronto Raptors 3-0. Game 4 is a must-win for the Raptors to keep their playoff hopes alive, while the Sixers have a lot of leeway ahead of the Saturday afternoon matchup.

However, according to Danny Green, a Game 4 win would be extremely beneficial to the Philadelphia team. He spoke about Joel Embiid's unfortunate injury and even mentioned a few other ailments within the Sixers roster in his explanation.

“It’s very important [to win Saturday] so we can get rest,” Danny Green said ahead of Game 4, quotes courtesy of Keith Pompey. “Some guys have bumps and bruises. Joel has a couple himself. I know Matisse [Thybulle] had some, Georges [Niang]. We have a couple of guys with ailments. So the sooner that we can clinch [the better]. It’s the hardest game of the series.”

The Sixers have been pretty vocal about Embiid's injury, which is likely a torn ligament on his right thumb. However, he doesn't plan on missing any time because of it and will have MRI testing done when the team returns to Philadelphia.

Winning Game 4 would give Embiid and his teammates a lot more time to rest and recover from injuries before they continue their playoff run. The Sixers are the only team in the East with a 3-0 lead, meaning that they'd have quite a bit of time before their Eastern Conference Semifinals series would begin.
