Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid has always tagged himself as one of the most dominant players in the NBA. Well, in recent games, he's been exactly that.

Embiid once again powered the Sixers to notch a 110-102 victory over the Brooklyn Nets. The All-Star big man finished with 34 points on 11-of-23 shooting from the field, including 3-of-5 from beyond the arc. He also added seven rebounds and three steals as he made his imposing presence felt on both ends of the floor.

With yet another 30-point performance, Embiid became the first Sixers player since the late Wilt Chamberlain to tally at least 30 points and 10 rebounds per outing over seven games on the road (via Josh Schrager of NBC Sports Philadelphia).

Chamberlain is arguably the most dominant player in NBA history, so Embiid must be extra proud of his latest milestone. He has been putting up huge numbers since he returned from health and safety protocols, steering the Sixers to a 5-2 record in their last seven road trips.

Embiid also got the best of Nets star Kevin Durant as they got into a heated exchange late in the game. It's no secret that the outspoken big man from Cameroon gets fueled by talking smack with opponents, so yes, it worked once again.

Embiid will look to continue his hot streak when the Sixers return home to host the Houston Rockets on Monday.
