San Antonio Spurs shooting guard Manu Ginobili will discuss the possibility of retirement with head coach Gregg Popovich after playing 16 seasons in the NBA, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Ginobili has been working out at the Spurs' facilities throughout the offseason, but has yet to make a final decision if he will come back for yet again another season with the team that drafted him with the 57th overall pick in 2002.

The Argentinian wing is seriously considering the possibility, as he recently turned 41 years old last month and is winding down his playing career.

Popovich, currently in Europe, is set to travel back to San Antonio after participating in the NBA's Basketball Without Borders event in Belgrade, Serbia.

The organization is hopeful that Ginobili will want to return for a 17th NBA season, but will allow him to take all the time necessary to make a decision. He still has a year left on his contract, worth $2.5 million.

If Ginobili returns, he will be the last one of the famed trio to remain with the organization after Tim Duncan retired at the end of the 2015-16 season and point guard Tony Parker chose to sign a two-year deal with the Charlotte Hornets after giving young Dejounte Murray his starting spot midway through the regular season.
