Star Wars: The Old Republic is one of the holdover titles that still reminds us that Bioware is a good developer. With that in mind, fans of the game are looking forward to the release of Legacy of the Sith, the game's eighth expansion. Originally due to be out this month, the game has unfortunately been delayed to next year. But don't worry, though, you won't have to wait for that long before the game's expansion comes out. Here is when Star Wars: The Old Republic – Legacy of the Sith release date.

Star Wars: The Old Republic – Legacy of the Sith Release Date: February 15, 2022

Star Wars: The Old Republic – Legacy of the Sith‘s release date has been pushed back from December 2020 to February 15, 2022. That surely is a shame, but it's clear that additional testing on the changes on the areas in the expansion would be necessary before launch, as specified by Project Director Keith Kanneg in a blog post. No worries, though. Outside of story content (to avoid spoilers), the majority of the expansion and its features will be returning to the Public Testing Servers for all subscribers this week.

Star Wars: The Old Republic‘s 10-year anniversary celebration's main event may have been delayed for about two months, but that only gives us longer time to celebrate the game's legacy by two months more.
