The Pittsburgh Steelers have been counted out by many already ahead of their AFC wild card playoff game at Kansas City. They are the largest underdog in NFL history in the wild card round of the playoffs at 12.5 points. Nevertheless, Steelers wide receiver took exception to the pundits and Pittsburgh haters who give them no shot to win Sunday.

Johnson made a bold declaration, “once we win don't try to hop back on the bandwagon.” If the Steelers do pull off the upset, it would be one for the ages. It would be especially impressive knowing the key part of their offense is not at 100% health.

Pittsburgh rookie running back Najee Harris is yet to get on the practice field this week. Harris has been nursing an elbow injury. According to James Palmer of the NFL Network, if Harris is unable to practice Friday, his status will be highly questionable.

Knowing the weakness of the Chiefs defense has been their inability to stop the run, it would figure that Harris would be a focal point of the Steelers offense. Plus, if Pittsburgh can run the ball effectively Sunday, that means Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is on the sidelines watching the game.

Everyone knows the best way to beat an elite quarterback is to make them watch the game from the sidelines.

If Harris is unable to play this weekend, Benny Snell would be the next man up in the Steelers backfield. The news was not all bad Thursday, as JuJu Smith-Schuster returned to practice and has a chance to suit up.
