Joe Biden edged out President Donald Trump in the 2020 United States presidential elections after securing the pivotal state of Pennsylvania on Saturday. This means Sen. Kamala Harris also became the first female, first Black, and first South Asian American to become the nation's vice president.

The winning duo spoke for the first time after their victory and a couple of Golden State Warriors stars tuned in for their speech. Stephen Curry and Draymond Green both posted a video of them chiming in and giving their stamp of approval for the election turnout.

Majority of NBA players expressed their elation over Biden's historic victory. Curry and Green certainly didn't hold back in publicizing their excitement.

Stephen Curry previously tweeted to his followers to lock in on their votes. It seems like his message to everybody to exercise their right to vote paid dividends.

Meanwhile, Draymond Green didn't waste time reminding Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James that they can finally pay a visit to the White House to celebrate their recent NBA championship win.

Curry, Green, and the Warriors, which won the 2017 and 2018 NBA titles, opted to skip the White House celebration during Trump's tenure. In outgoing president even rescinded the White House invitation to Golden State after the two-time NBA MVP expressed hesitation in visiting. Several other champions of other professional sports also didn't make the trip to the Nation's Capital.

Celebrations and protests alike flooded the U.S. after the race was called. However, during his speech, President-elect Joe Biden's offered a message of unity to a divided nation. Biden especially reached out to Trump's avid supporters, calling this a time to heal for the country.
