If there's any time Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors would need to relive their “We Believe” mantra, it's this upcoming season 2020-2021. After a horrible 2019-2020 campaign, the Warriors are looking to earn their respect back in the league as they try to compete for a playoff comeback this year.

In line with their release of their 2020-2021 Oakland-inspired City Edition threads, the two-time MVP has released his Curry 8 from Under Armour and it's an instant cop.

It seems that Golden State is indeed trying to pull out all the stops to honor and channel that Baron Davis-led squad in 2006-2007. Davis and former head coach Don Nelson gave birth to the whole “We Believe” motto 13 years ago as they battled against all odds and took down the top-seeded Dallas Mavericks in the first round of the playoffs.

This season, the Warriors would need all the belief in their system to again try to make the most out of the cards that have been dealt to them. After completely missing the playoffs for the first time in eight seasons, the Warriors were hoping to come back strong this season. Curry, as well as Klay Thompson and Draymond Green were prepared to run it back this year but their plans were ransacked by the news that Thompson would miss yet another season due to a new season-ending injury.

With Thompson out, Curry looks to lead a new-look Warriors to hopefully return to the playoffs. Hopefully, these new kicks provide the three-time champ with an extra boost.
