Chris Paul had a simple message for the entire world after it was announced that he was officially re-signing with the Phoenix Suns. After a ton of rumors about his future with the franchise, the 36-year-old had just three words to make it known to the world that his job in The Valley is far from being done.

Paul took to Twitter on Monday after all the free agency dust in Phoenix slowly settled down. According to the Point God, he wants to ‘run it back' with the organization that bet on him last summer:

If you're a Phoenix Suns fan, you gotta love to see it.

Paul was clearly the catalyst to the Suns' incredible 2020-2021 NBA season. Upon his arrival, the culture in Phoenix changed for the better and helped young stars like Devin Booker and DeAndre Ayton blossom into bonafide superstars in the league. Losing a vet like him would've been huge so it makes sense that the Phoenix front office cut him quite the check.

Despite losing to the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2021 NBA Finals, there's still a ton of hope to cling on to for the Suns. And, with Paul's foreseeable future with the franchise now locked, the team can get back on track in trying to defend their conference title as they try to dominate the West with their core sticking around.

Now approaching his 17th NBA season, the 11-time All-Star is hoping that he can once again lead the Suns to basketball's biggest stage and this time, hopefully, he can finally snag that elusive NBA title.
