Igor Kokoskov and his coaching staff have only been together for one season with the Phoenix Suns, and they are already frustrated with the franchise's lack of direction, according to Kevin Arnovitz of ESPN.com.

Arnovitz says that the coaching staff is “in the dark” as far as what the Suns' plan is going forward, and given the fact that Ryan McDonough, the former general manager who hired the staff, was fired back in October, they are unsure of where they stand with the organization.

The Suns have been nothing short of a trainwreck this season, as they currently own a league-worst record of 13-51 and just saw a 16-game losing streak come to an end.

Phoenix does have a nice stable of young talent in the way of Devin Booker, Deandre Ayton, T.J. Warren and Josh Jackson, but the Suns are still in desperate need of a point guard and have not been able to find one ever since trading Eric Bledsoe to the Milwaukee Bucks early last season.

The franchise has not made the playoffs since 2010, and since then, Phoenix has posted just one winning season, which came during the 2013-14 campaign when it surprisingly won 48 games.

The Suns then proceeded to post 39 victories the following season, and since then, Phoenix has tallied 23, 24 and 21 wins, respectively. With a little over a month remaining in the 2018-19 campaign, it does not even look like the Suns will reach 20 victories this season.

The good news is that Phoenix has a great shot of landing the No. 1 overall draft pick, which would give the Suns the chance to draft Duke phenom Zion Williamson.
