Many recent rumors have suggested that the Sacramento Kings will likely trade the majority of their roster. They made a major move on Tuesday, getting rid of Tyrese Haliburton, and Buddy Hield. With the deadline approaching on Thursday, it's possible that they won't be able to make any other changes they hoped for. Marvin Bagley, a young big man, is reportedly one of the major players the Kings are hoping to trade.
Given that many teams will be hunting for a center at this year's deadline, and some competing teams may overpay for him, it's understandable that the Kings will want to deal Bagley.
It's unclear what Sacramento is asking for in a trade deal for him right now, but it might be a draft pick or a younger player who they believe would fit better with their current lineup.

There's no disputing that acquiring a center will be the most important move for the Milwaukee Bucks. Not only do they need a center right now, since Brook Lopez is recuperating from back surgery, but they will also need a backup center in the playoffs. Marvin Bagley isn't the best center in the world, but he's proven time and time again that in the proper scenario, he can be a more-than-average player, which is precisely what the Bucks need. Milwaukee doesn't need a replacement for Brook Lopez because, very frankly, there aren't many centers in the NBA capable of doing what Brook Lopez does.
Milwaukee has struggled in several games this season, but they are still the Eastern Conference's second seed. It only goes to prove that Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton, Jrue Holiday, Bobby Portis, and a few others are truly elite players, and there's a reason why this team won the NBA championship last season. Not only will figuring out their center position needs assist them for the rest of the regular season, allowing Brook Lopez to have even more time to heal, but it will also help them in the playoffs when they need a guy who can come in for a few minutes a night and be more than serviceable.
Marvin Bagley may be everything this Bucks team is looking for, which makes sense if they're on the phone with Sacramento attempting to finalize a deal.

The Indiana Pacers are reportedly planning to move the majority of their squad, which makes sense given their lack of success in recent seasons. They've already chosen to trade Domantas Sabonis, so returning a different center may be ideal.
If Indiana does wind up dealing both Myles Turner and Domantas Sabonis, this may be a great chance for them to get a player like Marvin Bagley and give him the time he deserves. Marvin Bagley is a gifted player, but there are still areas in which he can grow, and his development should be his primary emphasis throughout this part of his career. If he can join a team where he can play 30 minutes or more every night, it will be ideal for a player like him.

The Portland Trail Blazers, like the Indiana Pacers, are in an intriguing scenario since they have already made a number of trades, and it appears that it isn't the end of what they have planned for this year's deadline.
According to sources, they are seeking to retool around Damian Lillard, and if they do decide to part ways with Jusuf Nurkic, it would make sense for the Blazers to try to find a young center regardless of the circumstances they would find themselves in in the future. Marvin Bagley makes a lot of sense if Portland is trying to rebuild, and even if they aren't seeking to retool, he could be someone they place next to Damian Lillard as their big man.
