The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles announced for PC, PS4, and Switch

The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles

Capcom announced that the formerly Japan-only title The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles will be coming to Western audiences Summer 2021. That is to say, The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles collects two games in one package: The Great Ace Attorney: The Adventure of Ryunosuke Naruhodo and The Great Ace Attorney 2: The Resolve of Ryunosuke Naruhodo. Both games bring the Ace Attorney series of crime drama visual novels to Victorian-era Japan and Britain. If you’ve played the original Ace Attorney series on the Nintendo DS, you should look out for this release.

Follow the exploits of Ryunosuke Naruhodo, a lawyer, assisted by the world-class detective, Herlock Sholmes. Together, they solve cases and bring their findings to the court, where they work to convict criminals and defend the innocent.

The Great Ace Attorney follows the same formula that the older Ace Attorney games have. Hence, the segments of the game have different focuses: investigation, interviews, and cross-examinations. Then, you’ll have to use your wit and recognize how the evidence fits into the picture in this thrilling detective and lawyering game. The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles releases on July 27, 2021 for PC, Switch, and PlayStation 4.

For those who are new to the series, you can purchase the entire Ace Attorney Turnabout Collection. Here, three more games join the package, with the original Ace Attorney trilogy completing the whole collection. Bonus content included in the collection called “From the Vault” contains 25 additional pieces of art for the Gallery and 29 additional pieces of music for the Auditorium. From the Vault becomes available to users who purchase the game before September 1, 2021.
