What Has Been Said About Season 5?

The trailer for season five was released last week with the synopsis: “From the big screen to baby bliss, the family continues to defy expectations in all their endeavors. Cameras roll as Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, Kendall, and Kylie navigate contentious sister dynamics, all under the watchful eye of everyone's favorite matriarch, Kris.”

In the trailer, the family tackles two health scares. At the beginning of the trailer, Kris details that doctors found a tumor.

“I had my scan,” an emotional Kris Jenner explains, with boyfriend Corey Gamble sitting down next to her.  “They found a cyst and like a little tumor.”

Kris doesn't go much more into details in the trailer but Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie are shown in the clip getting emotional over the news.

Elsewhere in the trailer, another medical scare takes over the family from Kourtney Kardashian. This season we will get an inside look at how Kourtney handled the emergency fetal surgery behind the scenes. If you recall, back in September, Kourtney was rushed to the hospital when she was pregnant with her son Rocky Thirteen whom she shares with Travis Barker. Shortly after her visit, she took to social media to tell fans about the surgery.

“I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life,” Kourtney began her caption on the photo.

“I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this,” she continued.

“As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear,” she added. “I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.”

She concluded, “Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing.”

In the trailer you also see some internal conflict between Khloe and Kim with the SKIMS founder calling her younger sister “very judgmental” and that “Khloe is unbearable these days.” Take a look at the trailer below:
