Derrick Rose has turned back the clock this season with the Minnesota Timberwolves and is playing at All-Star form once again. He has had big games all season long and it was more of the same on Sunday night against the Phoenix Suns.

In addition to another big game from a statistical standpoint, Rose did the most important thing a player can do. Rose nailed a thrilling step back game-winner to down the Suns at the buzzer.

Take a look at the video of the impressive game-winning shot for yourself, as shared by Rob Perez on Twitter.

Rose was an absolute nightmare for the Suns. He ended the game with 31 points, four rebounds, and three assists to go along with the game winner. That scoring total came on 12-for-24 shooting, although his missed all four of his three-point shots and made 7-of-9 at the foul line.

Heading into the game against the Suns, Rose was averaging 18.9 points per game to go along with 4.8 assists and 2.8 rebounds per game. He was shooting 48.2 percent from the floor overall and had knocked down 44.5 percent of his three-point attempts.

Needless to say, this has been a lot of fun for Rose fans and it's a feel-good story for the entire NBA.

Looking into the future, it seems likely that Rose will end up making his return to the All-Star game this year. If that does happen, he is going to have a large contingent cheering him on.

All of that being said, Phoenix certainly isn't a big fan of Rose right now after nailing that dagger to end the game.
