The NFL recently announced the 2010s All-Decade Team and Chris Johnson, the former running back for the Tennessee Titans, wasn't chosen. Just a day after the All-Decade Team was revealed, Johnson reacted to not seeing his name listed.

Johnson began his career in 2008 as a first-round pick for the Titans. In his rookie season, the East Carolina product rushed for 1,228 yards and nine touchdowns en route to his first Pro Bowl selection.

Then, in just his second season, the speedy running back scampered for 2,006 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns. Of course, the 2009 season was when Johnson set the single-season record for most yards from scrimmage. Even though Christian McCaffrey came close to breaking it in 2019, Johnson's record still holds strong.

As good as Johnson's first two seasons were, neither of them took place in the 2010s. While Johnson failed to make the cut, LeSean McCoy, Adrian Peterson, Frank Gore, and Marshawn Lynch were the running backs selected.

All four of those running backs were able to eclipse 1,000 yards four times in the last decade, but so has Johnson. Despite the fact that Johnson had similar numbers as the other guys, it's tough to remove one of them in favor of the former Titans rusher.

Without a doubt, Johnson was one of the most electric running backs to take the field in the early 2010s. However, before retiring after the 2017 season, Johnson totaled just 1,686 yards and five touchdowns in his final four seasons. It's safe to say that Johnson would've had a better chance to make the All-Decade Team had he finished his career a bit better.
