Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte was fired up after Spurs' convincing 3-0 win over Arsenal on Thursday, bringing them within one point of their North London rivals in the Premier League table. Speaking to reporters after the game, Conte didn't hold back in the slightest when giving a review of Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta. Via Dan Kilpatrick, Conte ripped into Arteta for frequently complaining and not being more focused on his job.

“I listen to Arteta complain a lot. I think he needs to be more focused on his job and not complain a lot. Because he has just started this job. To listen to a coach complain a lot of times is not good,” said Conte.

Clearly, Conte isn't the biggest fan of the Arsenal boss, who is just getting his feet wet in his role at the club. Despite rumors that he was going to be sacked earlier in the season, Arteta has managed to get the Gunners into fourth in the league. A win over Tottenham would have seen them secure Champions League qualification, but they failed to collect even a single point after Rob Holding was given two yellow cards and sent off before halftime.

Now, Tottenham is within striking distance of Arsenal, who will need to ensure they don't drop points in their final two games of the season.

Perhaps Conte was trying to get into Arteta's head with the key stretch of the schedule looming, but regardless, we're sure the Arsenal boss wasn't overly fond of the comments.

Tottenham beat Arsenal 3-0 on Thursday with two goals from Harry Kane and one from Heung-Min Son.
