TWICE will be encouraging millions of their fans around the world to purchase more Nintendo Switch consoles. Or, at least that's what Nintendo hopes their fans will do.

NINTENDO NAMES TWICE AS NEW NINTENDO SWITCH AMBASSADORS

Nintendo's Korean website released an article featuring the popular Kpop girl group TWICE. In it, Nintendo showed TWICE enjoying their time with various Nintendo game titles, such as Ring Fit AdventureAnimal Crossing, and the recently-released Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury. Pictures of the pop idols playing with their Nintendo Switch consoles in various situations are shown. Nintendo's message: just like TWICE, no matter how busy your schedule is, and no matter where you are, you can play with the Nintendo Switch.

Regardless of the messaging, TWICE fans will surely appreciate this partnership. They are very receptive to anything that their idols endorse, to the point of buying a Nintendo Switch and Animal Crossing: New Horizons just because of the TWICE collaboration.

This partnership also didn't come out of nowhere. Fans do know that some members have been crazy for the Nintendo Switch. Last year, fans watched members of the KPOP group play the game Animal Crossing together. Hence, fans won't feel like this partnership is in any sort disingenuous. In fact, it's smart for Nintendo to reach out to the girl group for a partnership, given how big a fan the members are of the console. TWICE also lent their songs for the game Just Dance, which featured some of their songs like Fancy and Feel Special.

Meanwhile, fans have also started speculating about a possible TWICE Nintendo Switch console. While this seems far-fetched, it still excited fans enough for some to design their own designs for the Kpop group. I personally think that a TWICE performance in a Nintendo Direct can set viewership records for the company, but that's just me.
