UFC president Dana White has already decided about a possible Julianna Pena vs. Amanda Nunes rematch.

Julianna Pena has pulled off one of the biggest upset wins in the history of MMA at UFC 269. The challenger was dropped twice right in the very first round as Amanda Nunes, arguably the hardest hitter in the history of women's MMA, landed a flurry of hard shots.

The narrative changed in the following round as Pena eventually dropped the UFC champ after engaging in a wild exchange before swiftly going for a submission move. She ended up getting the job done by pulling off a rear naked choke at exactly 3:20 of the second round.

As usual, one of the biggest question UFC boss Dana White had to answer during the post-fight was the possibility of a rematch between the pair.

According to White, it's a sure thing but it will depend on Nunes' decision.

“It’s a big rematch if [Nunes] wants it,” White said at the UFC 269 post-fight press conference.

White went on to reveal that Nunes' defeat was really big as the superfight between her and former PFL champion Kayla Harrison would've been next in line already had the Brazilian won.

“These are those things man, for like a Kayla Harrison, the Amanda Nunes fight was huge,” White divulged. “If they would have faced off it would have been a massive, mega-million dollar fight. If Amanda Nunes had won tonight, the Kayla Harrison fight would have been one of the biggest fights you would have ever seen.”
