San Francisco, CA – Time is ticking for Andrew Wiggins to decide on getting vaccinated or not. If he doesn't, consequences will impact him and his Golden State Warriors teammates. He won't be allowed to play in home games and would lose out on a ton of money.

Last season, Wiggins announced he wouldn't be taking the vaccine unless he's forced to do it. The NBA can't make Wiggins get vaccinated, but when your decision inconveniences money and your career, you have to consider your stance strongly.

During media day availability, Wiggins was asked if he felt his back was against the wall.

“Back is definitely against the wall. But just going to keep fighting for what I believe, whether it's one thing or another, get the vaccination or not get the vaccination, who knows, like I'm just going to keep fighting for what I believe and what I believe is right. What's right to one person isn't right to the other, vice versa,” Warriors star Andrew Wiggins told ClutchPoints.

Earlier this week, Wiggins attempted to get a medical or religious exemption from the NBA. He was denied, and that's when more pressure immediately hit. A decision has to be made soon, and the entire world knows it.

Wiggins usually is a pleasant player to interview, but Monday morning, he was annoyed with his situation and questions from the media. Multiple exchanges between him and various media members occurred during the entire interview. All because of the vaccine. If Andrew Wiggins gets vaccinated, things will go back to normal quickly, but if he doesn't, things could never be the same for Warriors talent.
