All in all, Curry finished with 40 points, eight rebounds, five assists, and four steals. He was 14-of-26 from deep, 10-of-19 from downtown and 2-of-2 from the free-throw line. Best of all, the Warriors snagged the 111-105 victory.

This is just one of the records that Curry claimed in this game for the Warriors. He also continued his streak of at least four 3-pointers in a game to 13 consecutive games — tying James Harden's record. Curry has a chance to surpass Harden on Saturday against the Brooklyn Nets.

There's almost no debate that Curry is recognized as the greatest shooter of all time. Last month, Warriors fans know he surpassed Reggie Miller for the No. 2 all-time in 3-pointers made in history. According to calculations made by Brian Martin of nba.com, Curry could surpass Allen in just over 100 games if he maintains his average of 4.1 3-pointers per game with the Warriors.

Safe to say that it's been a great comeback year for Curry. To recall, he was sidelined for much of the season last year. This season, slowly and surely, he's guiding the Warriors yet again to victory after victory. Contrary to what critics believe, Curry is still well within his prime. He's still the best active triggerman that the NBA has seen.

No one even comes close to the Warriors' remarkable marksman. Curry and the Dubs will play Kevin Durant and the Brooklyn Nets next, as Durant comes home to the Bay Area for a reunion, albeit one without fans.
