The Golden State Warriors have not been able to catch a break this season when it comes to injuries. They have seen Stephen Curry go down with injuries and have also had tough luck with Klay Thompson being unable to play due to the torn ACL that he suffered during the NBA Finals last season.

D'Angelo Russell has also had some nagging injuries. On Saturday night against the Dallas Mavericks, they had another scare when Russell collided with Dallas Mavericks superstar. Thankfully, everything seems to be fine and no serious injuries ended up happening.

Following the incident, Russell opened up about the collision and admitted that he was scared when it happened.

It has been a rough season for the Warriors, to say the least. They ended up losing to the Mavericks by a final score of 141-121, which dropped Golden State to 9-25 on the season. After being the most dominant team in the league over the last few seasons, the Warriors now find themselves speeding towards a high draft pick.

Russell has been a solid addition for the Warriors, but there have been some rumors that the franchise could look to trade him at some point. He could end up being a back-court duo with Curry and Thompson could play small forward, but it is unclear what Golden State plans to do long-term.

All of that being said, Russell has to be thankful for good health after a scary situation. It doesn't appear that he will be forced to miss much if any time.
