Golden State Warriors guard D'Angelo Russell is the cover star for MyNBA2K20.

MyNBA2K20 is the mobile version of NBA 2K20:

The Warriors acquired Russell this summer from the Brooklyn Nets in the Kevin Durant sign-and-trade deal. Russell has a four-year, $117 million deal with the Warriors.

Russell averaged 21.1 points, 3.9 rebounds and 7.0 assists last season for the Nets while shooting 43.4 percent from the field, 36.9 percent from beyond the arc and 78.0 percent from the free-throw line. The lefty will start alongside Warriors star guard Stephen Curry in the backcourt while All-Star shooting guard Klay Thompson recovers from his ACL tear.

In the summer of 2017, Magic Johnson traded Russell to the Nets. The Hall of Famer said he needed a leader to be the point guard of the Los Angeles Lakers. Fast-forward to today, and Russell is one of the best young scorers in the league, an All-Star and a cover star of the NBA 2K20 mobile game.

The Warriors are looking forward to seeing Russell and Curry play together in the backcourt next season. In a loaded Western Conference, some believe the Dubs could struggle to make the playoffs since Durant is gone and Thompson will miss a big chunk of the season.

Curry, Russell and Draymond Green will be motivated to prove the doubters wrong.
