Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green was so ecstatic after winning his fourth championship, so much so that he even had a phone call with LeBron James to get a hold of his emotions.

In the latest episode of his podcast, Green detailed how massive the difference is between winning their third and fourth rings. While he's happy to see his younger teammates celebrate their first championship, the Warriors vet admitted it took him some time to process that he, Stephen Curry, and Klay Thompson now have four titles together.

Obviously, he had to talk to someone who understands that difference better than anyone else: James.

“Let me tell you, the difference between four [rings] and three may as well be having one and four. It feels so night and day, like the rarefied air that we're in after winning the fourth one than the third one, it's just so rare,” Green said.

“I was on the phone with ‘Bron the other day, and I’m just telling him like ‘Bruh, going from three to four is insane' and he was like ‘Yo, I’m telling you, It’s crazy.”

While some would say that one title isn't that big of a difference, that certainly isn't the case for Draymond Green. And looking at NBA history, it's easy to see where he's coming from.

Only a few players have won the championship at least four times or more. Of the thousands of players that have come and go in the NBA and of hundreds who won a championship, only 44 can say they are in the “Four Ring Club.” Draymond and LeBron James can do that.

Dray and the Warriors have a chance to win five rings next season, which is an accomplishment that's even rarer. For his part, LeBron will probably hope he can do it first with his Los Angeles Lakers.
