Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green has not a lot to say but is very clear in what he hopes for the return of DeMarcus Cousins.

Last offseason, the Warriors shocked the world by signing DeMarcus Cousins to a one-year $5 million contract. Cousins decided to take way less money to play for a very successful franchise. This allowed him to fully rehab from his injury and prepare for his mid-January return.

Cousins has been one of the best centers in the league over the past couple of years. His ability as multi-talented big man who can stretch the floor and make plays for others — all while dominating inside the paint — is unheralded. The Sacramento Kings traded him away nearly two years ago to the New Orleans Pelicans for Buddy Hield and some other assets. However, the experiment between Anthony Davis and Cousins did not work because of his injury.

Now, after the Warriors cleared him to play this upcoming week, Cousins has the opportunity to play with a team that's looking to regain the air of invincibility it held over the last three years.

With Boogie's return, Steve Kerr can try lineups with Cousins and Stephen Curry, having them run the pick-and-roll with Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson on the bench. That lineup at the end of the game with Curry, Thompson, Durant, Green, and Cousins will just be so ridiculous and extremely difficult to stop.
