The Golden State Warriors are moving on to the Western Conference Finals. They defeated the Memphis Grizzlies in Game 6 Friday night, ending the hard-fought second-round series 4-2.

While it was a full team effort, the Warriors couldn't have closed out the series without Draymond Green. The power forward nearly had a triple-double, with 14 points, 15 rebounds, and eight assists.

After the game, Green explained some of the motivation for his stunning Game 6 performance. He said that he saw “a big ogre,” also known as Kendrick Perkins, talking about him being “scared to shoot the basketball.”

Green proved that he wasn't afraid to shoot and was 6-14 from the field Friday night. “You just gotta come out and shut people up sometimes,” he said.

Unfortunately for the Warriors star, that didn't work. Perkins recorded a video in response to Green's postgame comments, and he had a lot to say.

“Yeah you did your thing tonight, but thinking I'm going to be quiet
you got the wrong one. I ain't going to shut up for nobody,” the former NBA center said. Perkins also questioned Green's “ogre” comparison and called him ugly.

“You ain't handsome, you ugly.”

Since both Perkins and Green have very outgoing personalities, this beef probably isn't going away anytime soon. For now, Perkins will keep dissing Green on TV. Green will just have to keep proving him wrong as the Warriors continue their playoff run.
