Philadelphia 76ers big man Joel Embiid is quickly earning even more people’s respect with his strong play of late. Even reigning Golden State Warriors big man and Defensive Player of the Year Draymond Green can’t help but give props to the Sixers’ rising superstar after their second and final matchup of the year.

However, it’s not Embiid’s on-court game which Green says he respects, but rather his trash talk game. That’s because Embiid’s not a fair-weather trash-talker; he apparently doesn’t stop regardless of the game situation.

It takes a lot to earn Green’s respect, particularly in terms of talking trash. Green has one of the most tireless mouths in the league, so it’s high praise coming from him to say he respects how someone talks.

It shouldn't be all too surprising to know that Embiid doesn’t stop chirping all throughout the game or even after the game on social media. It just seems to be a part of his personality to constantly keep jawing at his opponents, whether it's an MVP like Kevin Durant or a scrub like Willie Reed.

Going up against a player like Embiid who will talk anyone's ears off must be a pretty tiresome chore. Embiid can at least back up all his talk with his prodigious talent, which is probably why he’s so emboldened to do so at any point in the game.
