Draymond Green is spending his offseason working despite the fact that his Golden State Warriors have dominated the NBA for the last four years. More specifically, Green is working on his body and his shot this offseason, per Marc J. Spears of The Undefeated.

“My body, most importantly. I am just continuing to get my body into shape to withstand the long season and long playoff run. I also want to continue to improve on my jump shot.”

There's always something that a player can improve upon. Increasing fitness and athleticism is never a bad route to go in the offseason. Additionally, the Warriors don't rely on their bench as much as other teams do, so the more fit Green is, the better. If Steve Kerr could get away with playing Green for 48 minutes every game, he would.

Of course, that's unrealistic. But any improvement Green can make to increase his durability next season will be welcome.

His work on his jumper could be more important than the work on his body, though. Green's 3-point shooting is the obvious weakness in his offensive game. There aren't many ways to beat Golden State, but when teams force Green to shoot 3s and he doesn't convert, they have a puncher's chance.

Green shot 30 percent from deep last season, and he's a 33 percent shooter for his career. If he can bump this number up next season and beyond, the Warriors' offense will be even scarier than it already is.
