It appears that the rivalry between the Golden State Warriors and the Memphis Grizzlies is far from over.

It was Klay Thompson who first brought this back to life after he destroyed Grizzlies big man Jaren Jackson Jr. following the Dubs' title win over the Boston Celtics in the NBA Finals. Ja Morant then responded with his own jab at the Warriors. Naturally, Draymond Green just had to respond with an epic clap back that could put all this to bed.

After Morant claimed that his team had “a lot of real estate” in the heads of the Warriors players, Green responded with the most savage counterpunch:

“We traded that real estate in @JaMorant the property value was higher in Boston,” Green said in his tweet

Draymond Green just had to remind Ja Morant and the Grizzlies that the Warriors ended their season in the second round, not even allowing them to get a sniff of the conference finale. Dray was also quick to point out that the Dubs had bigger things in mind, i.e. the Celtics, than Memphis.

It's always more savage when you're able to back up your smack talk, and unfortunately for Morant and the Grizzlies, the fact that Green and the Warriors are now the champions is the ultimate mic-drop rebuttal.
