Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry is in a league of his own when it comes to 3-point shooting.

Tonight on the road against the Atlanta Hawks, Curry placed another stamp in the NBA record books. With his first made triple of the night, Curry passes Ray Allen for the most seasons in NBA history with 200-plus made 3-pointers.

Curry has amassed this streak in the last six seasons and has been obliterating 3-point records at such a rate that 200-made in a season is simply nothing for him to reach.

Curry has led the league in 3-pointers made in each of the last five seasons, including setting the single-season record with 402 made in the Warriors' 73-9 season two years ago.

At this rate, Curry will annihilate all 3-point records that exist (he also holds the record for most threes made in a single game). Allen is the all-time career leader and when he passed Reggie Miller, it was a monumental moment. Curry has a chance to pass Allen in the next three or four seasons if he keeps up his current pace. By getting to that mark by his early 30s, Curry may create such space between he and Allen that no one else comes close to Curry's record for quite some time.
