The Golden State Warriors have the opportunity to close out their series against the Memphis Grizzlies Wednesday night. They have a 3-1 lead heading into Game 5 of the Western Conference Semifinals. With so much on the line, both teams must have intense game plans for the matchup in Memphis, right?

According to Stephen Curry, the Warriors' plan of attack is actually quite simple. “Whoop that trick. That is our game plan,” he told ESPN reporter Kendra Andrews. She shared his savage quote live from Memphis Wednesday afternoon.

Of course, Curry is referencing the motto that has engulfed the Grizzlies' fanbase in recent years. “Whoop That Trick” by Al Kapone was featured in “Hustle & Flow,” a 2005 movie filmed in Memphis. The song and catchphrase are now a huge part of the Grizzlies' identity and can be heard throughout FedExForum.

Given the phrase's significant history, this is a huge statement from Curry. The Warriors are expected to pull off the win to close out the series, which will make his remark defensible. And, as one of the main contributors of the team, the star three-point shooter has earned the right to talk a bit of smack.

Meanwhile, the Grizzlies are extremely shorthanded entering the must-win Game 5. Ja Morant suffered a knee injury in Game 4 and is expected to miss the rest of the series. With the team's top contributor out of commission, this all but seals the fate of the Grizzlies this postseason. That being said, someone has to step up for the Grizzlies, and fast.
