Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr has hinted that 23-year-old Jordan Bell might be included in the team's playoff rotation.

Per Logan Murdock of The Mercury News:

In his first season, Bell logged in 4.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game. These are pretty good numbers in themselves, especially since he's playing in a very sophisticated system that has won two championships. And he's doing it all as a rookie.

So Kerr inserting him into the playoff roster only means that Bell has done an incredible job. He's not just a filler player but a critical part of the team's success.

Several of his teammates and Warriors coaching staff have shared their thoughts on the rookie, pointing out his attention to detail and his humble persona.

David West said, per Howard Beck of Bleacher Report:

“He's really good at problem-solving,” West says. “He really thinks logically through things.”

For his part, associate head coach Mike Brown said that he's the perfect Warrior:

“Perfect Warrior,” associate head coach Mike Brown says. “He's so cute,” Mike Brown says, chuckling. “He's like my young son at seven years old. I go tell him something, and he's explaining, ‘But Dad, I didn't mean to do it! This is why I did it!'”

Superstar Kevin Durant commended him for his humility, singling it out as Bell's best trait:

“A lot of guys feel entitled when they come in,” Durant says. “But Bell arrived with a humble mind, humble spirit, ready to learn, ready to work. I thought that was his best trait.”
