The Washington Football Team has been dealing with a lot of bad PR lately. That is even more of an issue for their owner, Daniel Snyder.

Snyder has been under fire lately for a number of allegations against him. Those allegations include sexual harassment. Due to that, the NFL has decided to conduct an investigation into the organization and Snyder himself. Now it appears he is trying to cooperate with the probe to make sure everything is settled.

According to the Washington Post, Daniel Snyder is releasing his former employees from their nondisclosure agreements. This is a big step in figuring everything out, it was one of the biggest hurdles that needed to be cleared. If Snyder did not release his employees, it obviously would not have been a good look from the owner. It would have made it appear as if he was trying to hide something.

Now, that worry can be tossed to the side for the moment. However, this also now gives his former employees a chance to speak out. The employees can share their experiences without fear of getting in trouble for their comments. That means that they might unearth some things and prove some of the allegations correct. It also means that they could help clear Snyder's name though. At the moment, it is hard to tell which way this investigation is going to go.

All we do know, is that now the truth should be out there soon enough. What happens after that is a mystery. If Daniel Snyder is cleared, everything will probably go on as normal. However, if the owner is found guilty of anything, that's a whole different story. Snyder has been getting a ton of pressure from all sides to sell the team. A lot of people want him out in Washington.

If he is found guilty, it is almost impossible to see him owning the team much longer. He will either sell on his own accord, or the NFL will force him to do so.

For now, we will have to wait to see what happens with Daniel Snyder and his team. Now that the nondisclosure agreements are being released, we should get the truth soon enough.
