The NFL regular season continues to roll along and injuries can still be affecting your fantasy football teams. In light of that, here is the fantasy football injury report for Week 12.

QBs

Patriots' Tom Brady (Active): Tom Brady made a surprise appearance on the New England Patriots' injury report due to an elbow injury. All of the Dallas Cowboys fans who were wishing he would be inactive are going to be disappointed with him starting on Sunday.

Bears' Mitchell Trubisky (Active): This past Sunday, Mitchell Trubisky was removed from the Chicago Bears' game in the fourth quarter because of a phantom hip injury. After being able to practice in full all week, Trubisky will be active in Week 12.

Lions' Matthew Stafford (Out): For the third consecutive week, Matthew Stafford will be out for the Detroit Lions due to a back injury. As a result, Jeff Driskel will be under center for the Lions versus the Washington Redskins.

Possible replacements: Browns' Baker Mayfield (vs. Dolphins), Lions' Jeff Driskel (vs. Redskins), Titans' Ryan Tannehill (vs. Jaguars)

RBs

Eagles' Jordan Howard (Out): Jordan Howard was forced to miss the Philadelphia Eagles' game in Week 11 due to a shoulder injury. The bruising back is going to miss his second straight game in Week 12 against the Seattle Seahawks.

Steelers' James Conner (Out): The Pittsburgh Steelers will be shorthanded on offense with James Conner and JuJu Smith-Schuster being ruled out. With Conner sidelined, Jaylen Samuels should see a healthy workload against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Falcons' Devonta Freeman (Out): The Atlanta Falcons are on a two-game winning streak in spite of Devonta Freeman ailing from a foot injury. The veteran running back will miss his second consecutive game on Sunday versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Possible replacements: Steelers' Jaylen Samuels (vs. Bengals), Lions' Bo Scarbrough (vs. Redskins), Redskins' Derrius Guice (vs. Lions), Dolphins' Kalen Ballage (vs. Browns)

WRs

Seahawks' Tyler Lockett (Active): Back in Week 10, Tyler Lockett suffered an injury scare after sustaining a contusion to his leg. But after getting the bye week to recover, Lockett will be active on Sunday versus the Eagles.

Giants' Sterling Shepard (Active): For the first time since Week 5, Sterling Shepard will be on the field for the New York Giants. Shepard had been dealing with a concussion but has made enough progress to finally be cleared from the concussion protocol.

49ers' Emmanuel Sanders and Deebo Samuel (Questionable): Emmanuel Sanders has been recovering from a rib injury that he suffered in Week 10. At the same time, rookie Deebo Samuel developed a shoulder injury last Sunday.

Heading into Sunday night's game versus the Green Bay Packers, the San Francisco 49ers are expecting both of them to play in Week 12.

Patriots' Mohamed Sanu (Out): The New England Patriots have been nursing some injuries at the wide receiver position. Among them, Mohamed Sanu will be inactive on Sunday against the Cowboys.

Eagles' Alshon Jeffery (Out): The Eagles were without Alshon Jeffery in Week 11 because of an ankle injury. After initially believing he could go, Philadelphia has ruled the veteran pass-catcher out in Week 12.

Steelers' JuJu Smith-Schuster (Out): As mentioned above, Smith-Schuster has been ruled out for the Steelers in Week 12. Due to his absence, James Washington and Diontae Johnson will see more snaps in the offense.

Possible replacements: Steelers' James Washington (vs. Bengals), Falcons' Russell Gage (vs. Buccaneers), Patriots' N'Keal Harry (vs. Cowboys), Raiders' Hunter Renfrow (vs. Jets)

TEs

49ers' George Kittle (Questionable): The San Francisco 49ers have been without George Kittle since Week 9. The Pro-Bowl tight end was able to practice in a limited fashion this week and is expected to make his return on Sunday night.

Giants' Evan Engram (Out): While Shepard is making his return, Evan Engram will be out once again for the Giants. Besides Engram, Rhett Ellison will also be in street clothes on Sunday; making New York very thin at tight end.

Falcons' Austin Hooper (Out): Austin Hooper injured his knee in Week 10 and will miss his second consecutive contest in Week 12. That means that Jaeden Graham will see an uptick in snaps for the second straight week.

Possible replacements: Jets' Ryan Griffin (vs. Raiders), Titans' Jonnu Smith (vs. Jaguars), Buccaneers' Cameron Brate (vs. Falcons)
